can't print tickets Help!

When I try printing the tickets for tomorrow's game it doesn't print the bar codes. I have tried using the print as image option with the same result. Anyone else had this issue, and how do you fix it?

Have you gone into print settings and tried 'print actual size'? Should be there somewhere

Why don’t you use the barcode of the ticket on your phone and just scan it through at the turnstiles from there? Done that last season with no bother.
