Hibs vs NSI Runavik the Dot Count / Ticket Sales

As of lunchtime today we have sold 6610 tickets for our first competitive game of the season. Split as follows:

    East- 2994
    West- 2504
    Famous Five- 1112

This does not include hospitality. The actual figure may be slightly lower than this as it looks like some rows in the West on the lower deck front are not for sale.

If I remember correctly the last few European games at Easter Road were slow sellers but picked up nearer kick off.

I still think we will get 12,000.

Away on holiday just now but will buy tickets when I get back. Not going to miss this game!

Do we know if Hibs have done any research on Runavik or is it a case of hope they are crap coz they’re from somewhere out at sea?

I seriously hope we can put the tie to bed at ER.

Sure I remember we’d had someone over watching them in the game that their bus crashed before hand recently.

I doubt it, lennon and his team think this lot are just fishermen and posties.

I'll be delighted if we get anywhere near 12000. I think it will be between 9 and 10000.

I think being at home first will help the crowd. Winning the first leg 3-0 over there would hurt the attendance, as would losing 3-0.

    Ditto for the next round.
Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

    An update on ticket sales.

7416 now sold not including hospitality. In the last two days 806 sold so starting to pick up.

I have software that counts the dots so no manual counting.

I agree , Might be a few fans expecting a routine victory and saving themselves for the Greek team , Of which by the way i'd expect a pretty much sold out Easter rd

Probably buy a ticket on Sunday, but if not pay at the gate wont be a problem for this one …. given the time of year and the less than glamorous opposition anything north of 10,000 will be more than acceptable. We aren't going to pack out for every game, no matter how well things are going, but if we get through this one I can see a more than decent crowd for the Greek teams visit.

I strangely got ticket sent through the post even though I selected the option to add to season ticket. Take it others have had this?

One in the eye for those expecting a 4 figure attendance. I’m expecting a decent number of walk ups tomorrow too, only reason I bought a ticket in advance is I’m sitting with a big group.

Still think we could get close on 12k - the last few European games at easter road in Europe were the same with strong sales on the last few days.

Everyone was desperate for Celtic to win the cup and give us the European place so hopefully they will back the team....

Not a very good advert for those regularly shouting for summer football is it? Ditto the Hanlon testimonial sales 🤔

I’ve got 4 non-supporting hibs mates coming along for the beer and it being a European game... two jambos, Celtic fan and a Dunfermline fan. One of the jambos actually has bought a season ticket for hibs and hearts this year 😂

Blimey, how can you manage that? A season tick at both Hibs and Hearts? Never heard of that in my life! 😂
