    It was Northern Hibee who posted it and I tried it out last Sunday. Really easy to do and it wasn't bad.

    Not veggie but very tasty..gently fry 4/5 anchovies with 4/5 chopped garlic cloves in olive oil..fry gently so the anchovies melt and the garlic doesn’t burn.

    in another pan boil pasta...then about half way through add a load of broccoli florets or chopped tenderstem..till cooked

    drain and mix it all together....simple and tasty
