    It's on this thread 😁😁
It was Northern Hibee who posted it and I tried it out last Sunday. Really easy to do and it wasn't bad.
    🤣 🤣 I knew I read it somewhere. What a tit! 😝😝

Currently trying to shed my winter plumage so out with the pizzas and in with the veg/rice etc. Keen to find out ways of making veg taste better/less bland.

I prefer roasting and fave veggies are broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, squash, sprouts, carrots. Any tips on how to add flavour to these, in a healthy way, would be awesome!
Not veggie but very tasty..gently fry 4/5 anchovies with 4/5 chopped garlic cloves in olive oil..fry gently so the anchovies melt and the garlic doesnít burn.

in another pan boil pasta...then about half way through add a load of broccoli florets or chopped tenderstem..till cooked

drain and mix it all together....simple and tasty

I much prefer the Australian version of the show.

Much, much better format and makes the British one look very cheap.
The Aussie masterchef is the best cooking program on tv. I came across it by chance when I was visiting mates in Sydney a few years back and Iíve watched it every year since. Channel W show it around autumn time when the show finishes in Australia. I stream it when it actually starts in April/May time.
