Hardly a surprise, they spent 150million euros when they were told to spend 30 million. And their Chinese investors sounded extremely dodgy.

The Qatar group who own PSG gave Neymar the money to buy out this contract , therefore becoming a free agent..
He was paid £150,000 a week by PSG and give the role of '' ambassador for Qatar 2022 '' and paid £350,000 a week...
That is how they got around FFP... ...
