Cheers for that Andy. Looks like you have confused Latvia with Lithuania though as you have priced up flights to Kaunas in that link. We can't draw a Lithuanian side but can get a team from Latvia (Liepāja FC). Looks like Liepāja is some 200km from Riga and a 3 and half hour bus journey.

You have a point, but way I read it, 1st 7 groups have 10 in them, do the draw, then move onto other groups who have 12, eg Hibs
But it’s UEFA we’re talking about here, nothing is straight forward

No.

Each team in the groups are numbered 1-10 (or 1-12).

Groups 1 to 7 are drawn simultaneously. So if teams 4 and 9 are drawn, all teams numbered 4 from each group will play against the teams numbered 9.

The same process is then done for groups 8 and 9.

Also would seem helsinki is around 4 hour 30 journey to the finish side location. I think there is closer apirports but not entirely sure of approximate cost.

If the draw is regionalised as expected then we wouldn't face anyone from those countries.

Runavik (Faroe Islands) play their Europa League games in Torshavn so there is a potential clash there if B36 Torshavn win their Preliminary Round tie.
