I was looking on eBay earlier and the cup final programme is going for £50+. Mine is signed by Sir David, it must be worth a right few quid. It will never be sold though.

I'm not trying to sell it, HR.
Just put photos up to add to the discussions on the offish thread about the game. e.g. the starting 11, etc.

Was this not the last game with standing terrace in the cooshed? Closed for the Sporting Lisbon game then had seats in for the game after that?

Was there and I can't remember! Was in the lower west enclosure. Programme is probably in the loft as I was a nerdy collector way back then☺

Memory may be playing tricks but I seem to remember being in the cave (always called it that) for the sporting game.... Anyone else remember?
Alcohol IS the answer, but I forget the question...

Loved programmes from the 70s when I first started going to ER. Waiting for the alphabetical listing scoreboard to show the HT scores.

Can you show pics from various other programmes? Used to have loads but not sure where they are now.

Going by the prices I saw today you could name your price for them. There must be thousands of programmes and tops out there, but I doubt many want to part with them. I know I never will.

Not fussed. 70s. Front and Back covers. Centre spread. Results page.

If you have one from a Morton match circa 1973 where we won 5-0 that’d be perfect as that was my first Hibs match.

Same. You couldn’t put a price on it. Both tucked away safely waiting to be framed and up on the wall when I move

All anyone needs to know about how much that day meant only needs to look on eBay at the prices of programs and strips from that day. Mostly they’re ten times more expensive than anything from the years surrounding that day.

Yes, Sporting Lisbon was the last game with the full Cave. Besa had only about 2/3rds of the capacity available as the seats were already being installed for the family enclosure.
