That was my second ever Hibs european tie, aged 8. Made my way to the game with pals from Elbe St and climbed into the Dunbar End. Never to be forgotten adventures. I can’t believe this was 45 . years ago. Went to the Sporting Lisbon and Hadjuk Split game too.

I remember being in the Cave at this game . They`d started putting seats in it so half was closed off and half full with standing fans .

I remember the first goal as it rebounded quite high off the crossbar for Cropley to volley home. Great stuff.
