    Remixes

Theres been literally thousands of remixes of original songs, some have ended up being more successful than the original.
Whats everyone’s favourite. I’ll start with an obvious one in run dmc

its not my favourite remix, but it’s probably one of the most successful, so much so that most people won’t have heard the original.

Almost every DJ Khaled remix is dope, and probably better than the original. "All I do is Win", "Fed Up", "Welcome to my Hood" to name a few.

Us hip-hop heads use that sort of terminology.

I find this a tough question. Have to say there are very few modern remixes of indie tracks that I find enhance the original.

But I am a big fan of Erol Alkan. He’s done some amazing reworks of Tame Impala, Franz Ferdinand, Ride....

Otherwise I have to say I love this

    As is this one

Paul Van Dyk did a storming mis of it, and then Matt Darey topped it. Amazing memories hearing Ferry Corsten play this at Amnesia in Ibiza - one of the best breaks/drops ever IMO

I've got that, gets boring after the 18th to be honest. En-tact is an ok album though.

I also had that, if I remember correctly it also had some parts of the song played on their own so you could sample it.
