The 3 year turnaround

On this weekend 3 years ago our neighbours had already claimed the league title and were sitting 23 points ahead of us in the table (90pts to 67 with a goal difference 35 better than us). What a difference a few years and a cup win makes. We are now 19 clear of them having secured 4th with better to come hopefully and are outscoring them and have a substantially better goal difference. Stubbs, Lennon and Dempster as well as the player have worked miracles in such a short space of time.

And even though we ended up miles off Hearts at the end of that season, it was clear that the revival was already well under way.
