I know he’s had his injury problems but I can’t see him being near the first team, if he’s even contracted next year?

He was but if he’s out of contract in the summer I’d be stunned if he got a new deal.

I'll be positive, our Manager has obviously been impressed with the lad' s recent displays so perhaps he has done enough to earn a new contract. It wouldn't stun me if he did.
