I’m usually a large but went for a medium which fits nice and tight although not in an uncomfortable way. I wouldn’t recommend that for the larger sized gent though. Not too flattering for a beer belly.

You can get them from JD, Asos and various other places.

Edit - in fact Edwards seems to have a decent sale on just now. Lots of other decent gear available with big reductions. Fill your boots.

Actually I think the myth may have been that it was our very first strip. We did wear hoops in 1877 though, before Celtic were even an idea, so **** them.

That strip was never played in apparently. The first players in 1875 were required to assemble their own strip, which was a plain white top with a harp sewn on; but that was apparently never used it and the first actual strip we played in was the hooped one.

The very least we know is that it’s supposed to be revealed on Friday 1st June, could go straight on sale or it could be put on sale the following week... last year it was revealed on the 14th June and released for sale on the 16th....

Could be that we get a roe earl on Wednesday with the strip actually on sale on Friday.
