Both are lovely. Only odd element is the home collar

I think both are excellent and can't wait to see them for real.

The away top is what we've waited for for a long time, white with green sleeves is a classic.

The home top will look a treat with the diamonds stretched over the beer bellies of our less active supporters.

  4. #603
Home shirt should look a lot better ‘in real life’, especially if the pattern is replicated on the back.

Let’s face it - Marathon Bet’s official branding is red. We’ve kept that off our kits since 2014/15 - I expect Marathon Bet have paid more money to have their actual colours on one of our strips.
Exactly. Would be like having Argos sponsor you and wanting the sponsor to be green so it goes with your top. Red is their colour and they pay us to have their name on the strip. Can’t blame them for wanting it done right.

  8. #607
Hibs won't be happy with this, strips are plastered all over social media - not much hype for the official launch anymore.

I thought the marathon bet sponsor has looked great since ever since our 2014/15 home kit but the red looks really bad.

The red sponsor logo makes a potentially great top look poor.

If it was green it would have the potential to be one of our best ever away kits I reckon
I agree. If the logo was the same colour as the sleeves, or even black, it would have been a lovely top. Totally ruined by the red sponsor though.

Exactly.... just look at Ipswich’s new sponsor and be thankful ours is tasteful.

No problem with either. Shows a bit imagination.

Really shame this has come out pre launch
Hope the person who did it feels great!

Imagine we don’t announce Allan tonight. This place will be in full on meltdown mode. I’m sure he could make that home kit look like an absolute 10/10.

Lol.... lifted the image from here....

I would like to see the links to the leaks.... there is just something a bit strange about the pic....

I quite like them both... away more then home right now, reserving complete judgement until they see the light of day too.

    Love them both.

The home one is bold and the away one shows they are in tune with the fans. It’s the same as an all time classic.

    Well done. 👍🏼

I'm coming around to the home one actually. I think with better lighting it'll look much better.

Just wish the Marathon Bet logo on the away was the same colour of green as the sleeves though.

Worst home top was the one we were relegated in IMO. Just a pub team strip.

If Portland timbers, werder Bremen or real betis had released this then folk would be creamed by themselves about it imo.

Had the marathon bet on the away top been green or even black I'd have bought that one. Red is a huge no anywhere on any Hibs kit IMO. As it stands the home top is going to have to really grown on me to purchase it. (If these are legit of course)

Pity, as I really loved last seasons Macron kits and had high hopes for this seasons.

Just wish Hibs would produce templates and offer the fans a few designs in a online poll. We say every season that the fan mock kits are better than what is actually produced so why not tap into those idea's and gain bigger strip sales with the increase in popularity of the kits.

The earliest post I can find on twitter of that image came about half an hour after the image leaked on here.... I’m interested to know where the image that was posted on here came from?

It’s all fine and well embedding an image in here but posting a link has a stronger paper trail.

The lighting is odd and Porteous looks like he's been cut and pasted in to the photo. Think this could be a wind up.

  26. #625
No offence to the two lads, I don't think it helps having them the only two in that screenshot. I imagine if it was Kamberi or Allan in the kit, then everyone would be having their own daffy duck gif.

  27. #626
Might be going against the grain a bit but I like them both.

They are the same strips a couple of the ladies team seen in person last week. They are real.
