Can't see anyone stopping Real Madrid. PSG have looked awesome but Madrid are a level above that.

City will beat the dippers at home, not sure about away though, one win there in 12 or 13 games I think it is.

I actually think that any one of 5 teams could win it this year. None of those teams are unbeatable and all have their weaknesses. I voted for Liverpool, simply because they are they are the only one of the five, who have a Scottish player in their team.

So, no-one fancies Roma to win!!

Bayern and Barca will now be favourites with the bookies after that draw.

I voted City too, but am starting wonder if they've done it against any of the top teams in the Champions League.

Yes, they've dominated in England, but what have they done against the top teams in Europe.

Roma, Sevilla and Liverpool are the only teams that I can be certain will not win it. I’d class Bayern as unlikely, but give the rest a decent chance. City have a shot but I’m thinking the winners will come from Spain.

Dzeko is in unstoppable form at the moment, but Barca will be favourites to beat them.

It will either the corrupt establishment side, the professional victims, a corporate backed giant, the new money upstarts, the faded star, the other corrupt club or Roma or Sevilla

Good point. They’re clearly a level above everyone in England, and I think they are now equipped to compete in Europe. However, contrary to many EPL fans and pundits’ belief the world doesn’t revolve round the premier league, and competing with the real big teams of Europe is a different matter.

I think they’ll get past liverpool relatively comfortably though.

If I hadn't seen the teams listed in the poll I couldn't have told you who was in the last eight. I'm almost as disinterested in the Champions League than I am in international football. I hate the way it's called the Champions League yet a host of non-champions are allowed in. And I especially loathe the way that failure is rewarded by a Europa League place. Like the English Premier League it's all about money and to me feels like a very soulless version of football.

Honestly think Liverpool will win it. There’s always a feeling about them in the latter stages of a European competition

I agree with this. What I would find amusing is if Sevilla won it. After the media basically had them on a par with a BATE Borisov. Despite having knocked out the second place team in the beloved EPL and more than competed against Liverpool in group games and previously won the el three years running including beating Liverpool in a very one sided final affair. This very poor Sevilla apparently is also in the Domestic Cup final.
