There is nothing saying there will be on either of the official sites.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

I'm counting on there being pay at the gate. I'd assume there will be as it's not gonna be a sell out

There will be. Worse case scenario the South Stand will be PATG and is usually mixed. Lucky if the stadium will be over half full, even with a large travelling support.

I called st Johnstone ticket office earlier and they confirmed there will be PATG for away fans.
