    Three at the back

This is now obviously the system that works best for Hibs. We have so many good centre-halves (Porteous fits in effortlessly when required), and it gives the team flexibility and width. Watching the game again today, Hanlon played as much like a left midfielder as a defender in the 2nd half - Efe was the same on the other side. Daz only crosses the half way line when coming up for corners, but he's happy being the man always holding the fort. Magic fitba tae watch.

It does seem to suit our squad.

Bit harsh on Big Marv cos he’s done nothing wrong, but it allows us to play that trio of Dylan, SJM and SA in midfield and it’s working for us.

What happens when Gray is fit? Who drops out Boyle? McLaren?
It's suits just now because we've had injuries but Boyle is more effective further up, he defended more in the 1st half but was more like the winger we know in the 2nd.

Gray probably doesn’t get back in unfortunately. Also, by the time Gray is back we will probably have lost some of our midfielders.
