Possibly the worst performance by them. Barely able to pass, about 5 yards off their oppositions as well.
Have no idea why we started hoofing it in the 2nd half...

Even at 2-0 up their touch was horrendous. I know the pitch plays a part but they were both awful today

Whole midfield 3 could be dropped on Wednesday and have no complaints. Bullied and outplayed in the middle. A reality check for a lot of them.

we had to start hoofing it, couldn't pass water and absolutely nothing sticking when a pass did find a player in the same team, scotlands best midfield didn't quite live up to that tag today

Absolutely dreadful today. I don’t think any of them felt comfortable on the pitch and the nervousness grew from there.
Still got a draw though so not the end of the world, move on now and hopefully they play with a point to prove on Wednesday.

McGeough gave the ball away about 3 times in the first 10 minutes completely needlessly. And got worse.
McGinn was never in the game.
Dreadful.

Best midfield in Scotland I thought... They had an off day today.

Bad mistakes at the back cost points I know he scored but that miss from Kamberi was very costly at 2-0. That should have been scored.

Lennons comments on the pitch make interesting reading and may go some way to explaining the poor performance of our football players.

If we find it hard to cope with the bounce on these types of pitches, can I suggest we practise a lot on them instead of moaning after the event? They're not going to go away.

I thought credit to Killie who outworked us all over the pitch - never gave us the space to get into our usual passing game barring (thank f...) the first 10 minutes. This allied to their enterprise when in posession explains their excellent form of late.
Our side didn't perhaps play to their best but give credit to the other eleven men on the pitch for not letting them. A great point at the end which was as much as I was expecting from today tbh.

Footballers can’t play on that pitch. Killie have managed to find a way of playing on it but I assume they train on it as well so there’s no doubt they have a clear advantage.

Why oh why to we allow John McGinn to take corners. Absolutely weakest part of his game.
