    Absolutely sensational! best performance since.....

Wow, just wow! How good were we today! My Dons friend conceded that they are very fortunate the score wasn't 5/6-0 in the end, and he's not wrong!

That 2nd half was sensational.. if we play like that in the derby it could be a night to remember

Absolute class, Aberdeen struggled with our pace in the second half !! Destroyed them at times

We would have strolled it against Celtic today we were that good. Second half especially. Second half was the best I’ve seen a Hibs team play in years.

Dominated a very good side today. Add the wasted points against Motherwell and Rangers, the "goal" that never was against Hearts, goal line clearance against Celtic and we wouldn't be far off top! All hypothetical but this is some team we have.

    As does McInnes.

Said we murdered them in the 2nd half, only players taking responsibility were players in a green and white shirt and that they were lucky it was only 2-0

These things happen against the better teams, it's the 1-1s away to Dundee, st j and especially Hamilton that bug me! Thats 6 points we really should have

Brilliant stuff. I honestly wouldn't be able to pick MOTM as there were so many great performances.

I agree so many players were good for different reasons.

Hanlon and Daz solid at the back. But I thought big Efe was a cut above them and most of the good stuff we did actually started with him.

Boyle in the second half was superb.

McGinn and McGeough just kept things moving.

Allan. On the ball he is the difference. But Allan is going to let us see the real John McGinn because McGinn can just play without feeling he needs to do everything.

Big Flo looks a bit awkward at times but he’ll do well for us. And he clearly likes being here.

I’d have given it to Effie. Sensational.

To be honest I thought we did well but I've seen us play better this year, Allan was the difference, what a change it makes to have a player who's first thought is who can I play it forward to rather than sideways

Said at the game it was best home performance since 4-0 against Rangers.

    Common factor - Allan

I wouldn’t argue with that. If we’d played like that in the cup final we’d have taken 3 or 4 off The Rangers.

That would be great but part of me prefers the fact we won it with a 92nd minute winner!!

Rangers game at home, Aberdeen the first time we played them, it's not a criticism, just not getting carried away, when we properly click then someone is in for a right doing!!

Sensational 2nd 45. Fair play to McInnes for his after match comments too, summed the game up well.

Always nice to see Hibs play that well in from of a full house at ER - will encourage more back !

Fair enough. If we won the game vs rangers every would probably say We played better that game so it's people's opinions are probably swayed a bit by results

See above, think we played better against the huns and Aberdeen first time round but just didn't get the rub of the green, it's not being down on the team, more purring about what there is to come!!
