    Travel vouchers on delayed flights

If you ever have a delayed flight and get offered travel vouchers or cash TAKE THE CASH even though the vouchers look the better deal. I took vouchers and there's strings attached. I wish I had taken the money.

Worth checking whether the cash matches up to the statutory minimum as well:

heard a similar story recently regarding a cruise where the usual freebies were excluded as the cruise was booked by the American branch of the cruise company and didn't match the usual UK terms. The couple were charged an additional £988 to get the 'freebies'

Scotland can be a beacon, within these islands and beyond, for a socially just and sustainable society. Whilst there are many priorities which will require independence, there is also much that can and must be done now by the Scottish Parliament and the Scottish Government.

If your flight took off or landed in the EU and was more than 3 hours late, you are entitled to at least 250 euros per passenger. I got this recently from easyjet. No quibble and the process was dead easy, there’s a claim form on their website.
