Not soundtracks - but the tune/s you associate as being the film's theme.
Jurassic Park (there's a few catchy rather than emotional ones, like Star Wars, Great Escape, Indiana Jones, bond and MI etc.. but this one is my favourite from the famous quirky ones)
Platoon
The Magnificent Seven
Braveheart
Lord of the Rings
Midnight Express
Titanic
The Godfather
An American Tail

Not quite relevant to the thread title (sorry) but I went to see the Royal Scottish National Orchestra play the music from Star Wars last Friday night. I think they do the concert at the Usher Hall every year or so - I would highly recommend going to hear it if they come again.
John Williams has just been nominated for his 51st Oscar for his score for The Last Jedi and it was amazing to hear some of his work live.
I don't think there is quite enough recognisable Star Wars music to justify a full concert so they chucked in the themes from Superman and Close Encounters as well.
It was brilliant.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence
Blues Brothers (Peter Gunn theme)
Philadelphia
Trainspotting
Pulp Fiction
The Cook, the Thief, his Wife and her Lover (the music gives me the heebie-geebies but the prospect of Helen Mirren getting her kit off gets me through it)
... more to come - got to do some work now!Last edited by Peevemor; 07-02-2018 at 11:35 AM.

The best bit from The Good the Bad and the Ugly is not the main theme - the "ecstasy of gold" bit is the best.
I don't think it gets any better than that.

Once Upon a Time in America. I don't know if it counts as a tune or a recurring theme but the music is awesome.

Highlander
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, vodka in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"

One of the pleasures in life is when you accidentally stumble across a group of Indians playing it on their pipes. Always brings me to a standstill and on occasion has brought a tear to my eye, beautiful.

This is probably a bit left-field but I love ‘Cannibal Holocaust (Main Theme)’ by Riz Ortolani (Joe’s brother).
It’s on Spotify if anyone is interested.
