Allan spraying passes over to Boyle and Barker will be a delight.
We know and he knows he played his best football during his spell at ER.

Really hoping this is permanent, otherwise I can't see us being in a position to buy him at end of the season.

With Barker, Boyle and a new strikeforce.

I'm hoping Danny Swanson is in for one of those...they have both had a run and failed to score or create too much of late...

Would you decline 6 months with Natalie Sawyer just because she was going to leave you at the end of it?

Allan, McGinn and McGeough in midfield. Superb.
    Allan
    McGinn
    McGeouch
    Slivka
    Barker
    Boyle
    Bartley
    Swanson

An unreal amount of quality in the centre and a dangerous winger on each side. Well done Neil and Hibs.

Hope he does well suspect he won't. A bench player for the second bottom of the league team with a dubious attitude on and off the park. Glad it's just a loan
Bonkers move for me. We release stokes due to his attitude and then bring Scott Alan in?! Very confusing.

Is it confirmed it’s just a loan?

    Disappointing if true
As far as I know, it’s not been confirmed at all. It still appears to be a rumour, strengthened by a Kenny Miller tweet. Folk are talking as if it’s a certainty but who knows!

Scott Allan’s attitude is fine. He never turned up late for training or missed any games due to discipline issues. He handed in a transfer request and his agent/the press tried to engineer a move to the huns. Hardly the same as Stokes.

And also give up our backup goalie and top scorer to facilitate it.

I really, really hope the risk pays off. It could be the difference between a very good end of season and a total collapse.

That's just a list. None of those did better or as well 2nd time around ! Maybe Stokes, for his performance in May 16 ?
Mickey weir did. He won us the league cup in his second spell

other than wanting a move last time...what "attitude" issues has Allan ever caused?

Apparently wanting to go to Rangers is equal to not turning up to training/breaking curfew/getting into fights with management etc.

Bonkers ? Really ? The only "attitude" that Scott Allen had was that he quite fancied being paid 5 x as much and playing for the team he supported as a boy. By all accounts he is a quiet lad and trains hard.

this Bonkers idea could mean that we have a midfield of :

    Allan
    McGinn
    McGeouch
    Slivka
    Barker
    Boyle
    Bartley
    Swanson

with two new signings up front, both, with pace and a point to prove.

    sounds good to me !

    You must be easy confused

Stokes wasn't released because of his "attitude" and we're bringing in a quality midfielder

    What's confusing about that

It's worse wanting to join that mob.

Don't feel the love here. Played well for us in the Championship, could not get a kick at Celtic, poor at Rotherham and average at Dundee and a gers lover. Not for me.

Undoubtedly he's a class player. I'd certainly welcome him back solely on that basis. He'd enhance any team and is a joy to watch when on form. Here's hoping.

    Mon the Cabbage!!!
