Apologies if posted elsewhere - Tommy Wright interviewed on Radio Scotland says Danny wants to stay at Hibs so won't be joining Saints (having been asked the question by Chic Young).

Best kick on then eh?
If Stokes is out of the picture there is a big opportunity for Danny. He needs to grab it.

If he can show what he did against Dundee regularly then he has a big part to play the 2nd half of the season.

About time he got some significant time on the pitch to show us what he's got.

Good news as far as I am concerned, hope he gets a consistent run to show what he can do.

This is only good news as long as Lennon decides to play him and he starts doing the business on the park, getting the odd 10 mins here and there isn't really helping anyone, he needs to be playing regularly to get the best out of him.

Great news. Cannot see him starting on Wednesday night but I think he will become a big player towards the end of this season.

Good news.
Now he needs to take this second chance - fingers crossed!

I know but seeing as we're crying out for creativity and Swanson sits twiddling his thumbs on the bench, I do wonder if Lennon will ever play him and give him a run.

He's shown a bit desire to stay and fight.
From other threads it appears Lennon hasn't wanted him to leave as such but has laid it on the line that Swansons career at Hibs is in his own hands and he needs to get the head down and prove he's worth it.
Id like to see it work out but if he doesn't do what Lennon has asked then I won't be fussy if he leaves in the summer. We've had enough passengers at Hibs in the last 10 years to last a lifetime.
Big few months ahead for him

Here's hoping it works out good for Danny. Think NL has handled the situation well by putting the onus on Danny whether to stay or go, thereby testing his resolve to remain at ER and fight for a place in the team.
Looking forward to some fine performances from him for the rest of the season.

Don't think I've ever wanted someone to succeed at Hibs so much, come on Danny boy.

Swanson owes our club, Big time, for supporting him through his crisis.
He gets my support if he can now knuckle down, get his mind focused, stop the Portugal-type shenanigans, and play out of his skin for our beloved club between now and the seasons end.
Come on Danny. This is your chance to shine for the club you state you support and have always wanted to play for.Last edited by Hi Heid Yin; 30-01-2018 at 05:29 PM.

i'm happy at hearing this, danny has had a lot to deal with the last year and no doubt it has effected him, i think he will kick on from here and hopefully grasp the opportunity with both hands

Will maybe play instead of Boyle tomorrow if he's still struggling with his achilles?
