I would like to say a big thank you to our Admin people. I'm sure we've got the best Admin people in Edinburgh, if not Scotland.

I feel they do a brilliant job keeping Hibs.net such a great place to share our thoughts on all things football or not.

Agreed. I have seen many sites, not just football, where the admins generally get it right, some where they allow awful stuff through, and a tiny minority where I think the admins get it just right. Hibs.net is one of the latter.

Every so often I stumble onto the main fan messageboards of a couple of our rivals on my internet wanderings and some of the bile and language (please note, I'm almost as bad as anyone in heated moments from the stand) you see in what's meant to be a family friendly environment is well beyond the pail.

So whilst I do sometimes think the .net language filter is a tad stringent at times, it's clear why it has to be thus and that's fine.

Like a good ref, a good admin should be in control without being intrusive - I think they get the balance right on here.

I meant to add it's pleasing (can I use that word in this context) to come onto Hibs.net and not have people constantly using terms like vermin to refer to another team's supporters.

I feel we've lots of self-policing by non-admins which helps.
