    And into Aberdeen

Ganes coming thick and fast, another big game in our quest to stay near the top of the league
Can see Bartley coming back in, and possibly Whittaker, with Murray and Shaw possibly dripping out
Let’s keep up this great away record

Hopefully Whittaker is nowhere near the team. Not confident of getting a result at all although we are much better away than at home

Whittaker was looking okay earlier in the season after a run of games. I'd play him.

If Whittiker is carrying an injury he shouldn't be anywhere near the team IMO, can't afford to not have everyone at 100%.

I think if we play the same way we did on Wednesday we can get a result. Aberdeen have their weaknesses and mentally they are fragile imo.

I felt that going into these 3 games 4 points wouldn't be a bad return, and can't help but feel we've had our 2 more winnable games - with the benefit of hindsight of course - and Aberdeen will be tough.

For the team has to be:

    Rocky GK
    Ambrose RWB
    Porteous CB
    McGregor CB
    Hanlon CB
    Stevenson LWB

    Boyle RM
    Mcgeouch CM
    McGinn CM
    Barker LM

    Murray ST

5-4-1 is probably the best way to fit in width and a solid defence. I think a fully fit Porteous is a better option than a half fit Whittiker so slot Ambrose in at RWB, he did well there in the final push against Celtic.

Barker is a must on the left and Boyle has been fantastic this season. Simon needs a goal badly and hopefully he can bag a couple - he will have had nightmares about that miss against rangers.

Will be interesting to see what Aberdeen do - anyone know what they have played this season in terms of formation?

Wouldn't like to see Whittaker up against GMS, anyone with any pace will rip whitty if he is carrying that injury. Would like just the 352. I'd be up for something bold. Putting Ambrose on the right of the 5. And Boyle and stokes up front.

    Marciano

    Porteous McGregor Hanlon

    Ambrose Dylan Bartley McGinn Lewis

    Stokes Boyle

Absolutely huge game today and a must win if we want to get into the top three (well two outside Celtic).

    Cannot afford to lose imo.

Win today and we will come out of our toughest spell of Ames 9 points clear in 4th place which is massive. Rangers have Celtic still to play before the year end so a big opportunity to end the year within touching distance of the top 3, which if you’d have told me at the start of the season we’d be well clear in the European places and in touch of the ‘big 3’ id have ripped your hand off.

Lose this today and 1 point out the last three games is nowhere near good enough.

I think we will get a draw today. I also wouldn’t dismiss the Jambos’ chances of fluking something from Celtic.
