    Free Football

If anyone fancies going along. Never seen a game of Futsal. Do they play on a full size park?

Small pitch similar in size to a 5 a side pitch possibly a bit bigger. Copied below from the page linked to.

Futsal is a 5-a-side version of football with unlimited substitutions and 20 minutes a half. The game is played with an optimised ball that does not bounce as much as a traditional football.

My son plays futsal every week. It’s played in gym halls with a small heavy ball which hardly bounces so everything is on the deck. It’s a very quick game so lots of transitions from attack to defence etc. Great for kids learning the game.
