A pre-sale is exactly that though, a sale before the official release. You registered for it by email.

There was no mention of any bottles going on sale on Sunday.

Plus some people who registered by email have already confirmed that they didn't get an email so clearly something went wrong.

Hopefully everyone who wants a bottle will be able to get one in the end but it's not been handled well at all.

Does it come in a box marked Eden Mill? I’ve ordered a couple as Christmas presents so wouldn’t want it to be obvious on the delivery!

Pretty anonymous and well packaged

One thing to note is it is only 50CL rather than the 70CL many are. Fair bit smaller.

I double checked my email (received at 9pm) and it was dispatched at 6.52 pm on Monday, so I should have received it yesterday with the service i paid for.

I have tried calling Eden Mill but "no one is available to take my call"

Is it obvious when it arrives that it's from Eden Mill? I've ordered it as a present but the person I've bought it for is likely to be the one who gets the parcel first so I would hope the packaging is nondescript.
