This is my thinking. Ronaldo as a player for 2 years is probably worth £50m or so alone. Never mind everything else that comes with him. If any team was to get him for south of about £70m in todays market I'd say they're getting a bargain.
Totally, no chance he would go under £50m. Be nearer £90m maybe more!
