Lost season ticket

My wife has just discovered that she has lost her season ticket. We have no idea how or where it was lost but it's not in her phone wallet as normal. Has anyone else ever lost theirs and if so what can we do about it? Can we phone the ticket office and get a replacement or does her season ticket get cancelled and we need to get individual tickets on match day?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

No idea I'm afraid. Never been much of an apple fan.
