I get the feeling it’s a new role. I’ve always thought there was an opportunity to make more of the sort of stuff mentioned in the spec.

I don’t suppose anyone has an idea of the salary range?

Big chunk of Greg Mailer's old job? Tom Zanelli has been at Marathonbet for a good few years now.

Big job in this communications-driven world. And potentially a great job for the right candidate. So much scope to do great things with Hibs on and off the pitch. There always was, but we're in a strong place right now.

Hahahaha no. The "big job" bit I'm not doubting mind.

    It'll be a 24/7 job that's for sure.

The job title executive is genrally quite a junior position in a marketing/comms context.

Id imagine between 20 and 30k would be about market rate for the post, maybe a touch more?

    Yep.

Mid to late 20s is what my other half tells me from various companies she worked at and held the marketing exec position

Will most likely be a mix of Tom's job when in post, plus a couple others, would imagine 20-30k salary but whoever gets it sure can do the job well and promote Hibs in all the right ways, as definitely an exciting challenge I'm sire.

I do think it will be more in the 38-40k range. very eciting opportunity for a young forward thinking person. I have a feeling it is replacing one of the junior excecs who has been a bit lax. no names.

    Don’t think it is

The job description appears to be more about delivery an existing marketing plan than developing new plans and strategies, so likely to be in to 20’s or 30’s salary range (my guess). A very cool job for someone at that stage of their career though and they won’t be inheriting Hearts levels of marketing incompetence.
