Despite the bad foul, the ball boy incidents, his 'bad boy' persona I can't help but have a bit of sympathy for Scott Brown.

This is a guy who tore Rangers a new one at Ibrox playing with a broken leg, remember.

He'll be forever a Hibs hero in my eyes. You don't wipe out the good memories just because he is wearing a different strip.

My grandpa and two uncles in this photo. My Uncle George is still going strong and a regular at Easter Road.

Thats fantastic for you.! I scanned for ages hoping to see my dad, uncles, any old neighbours who would be there - but nothing.

My first game was just 5 years later and I do not recall anything like the bunnets and ties in that crowd. Historically, that was a huge 5 years though - so much rapid cultural change between 59 and 64.

Great that someone can put names to some faces in this photo some 60 years later

Can’t be. Some of them have scarves on.

Rock and Roll... Changed it all. The end of the grey era

Huge, huge changes to the world in my lifetime, probably more than for any generation in history. I'd be 7 when the photo was taken

Without knowing who the opposition were, it's more than likely I would've been at the game. Was 12 in '59 and a regular attender at ER. Used to stand at the wall at the start of the high (east) terracing in those days.

There's a few young lads in the front of the shot. Be nice to think they were still going to Easter Road. If they were 12 - 15 then they'll only be in their 70s like you......imagine looking in and seeing your young mug like that young fellah at the front!
