It’s good that the team has a well deserved rest next Saturday, time to get all those niggly knocks sorted and injured players back.
St Johnstone up next at home, let’s concentrate on this game only for now, and let’s sell it out again.
We’re definitely on the up and up but we shouldn’t look to far ahead.
Not trying to be negative, just canny.

We fall off the woggon with a huge thud when we start to take victories for granted

There probably will be a couple of disappointments in the course of the season but I suspect there will be a few highs as well. 😚

Its a good point .... its when we get to the stage of looking at the fixture list and thinking 'aye we should win that one' that we have tended to come a cropper in the past. Dundee on Saturday would normally have been exactly that type of game, but for once we kept calm and got the result we were looking for.
Folk keep going on about the quality ( or rather the lack of it ) in our league, but so far every team I have seen us play has had something about them and I don't think we have had anything that could have been considered an easy victory, with the possible exception of Partick Thistle in our first game ... unlike in the championship you cant afford to lose concentration or you will be punished, look where losing focus against Hamilton got us and I would say bottom of the league Dundee gave us a tougher game than just about any one we had last season, with the exception of a very good display by Dunfermline at Easter Road .... hell, if we are being honest even the Yams might have sneaked a draw because we didn't put them to the sword in a game where we were by far the better team.
So St Johnstone are up next and even though they are on a bad run they will look on the international break as a chance to re focus, put the last few weeks behind them and go again .... If we come back off the break still congratulating ourselves over our recent good run and underestimate the task facing us we will be lucky not to drop points in that game.
The OP mentioned crowds ... they have been brilliant but it will be interesting to see how they hold up when whatever genius puts together the fixture list decided we should have 4 home games in the most expensive month of the year with a derby thrown in for good measure.

Although the international break will be good to give some players a rest, I can't wait for the St Johnstone game!
