It's probably just the usual poor choice of language in their communications. It will be related to their banking.

Most companies work on having an order number given for each order, generally you have to a customer checked out before dealing with them, that’s my experience of this sort of possible scam

Been seen hooting with laughter of a Saturday sitting outside cafes in George Street while being paid handsomely for his trouble by the Yams. Doesn't even make the squad most weeks.
