Is Porteous likely to be back?

I like to make a few quid betting on this team, but they're not the same when he's away on International duty.

2-0 Hibs. Great ball in by Andrew Blake, and Oli Shaw gets across his man to score at near post.
Already far better than last week

3-0 Hibs, good knock on with Innes Murray I think, great feet and turn with Shaw, to score again
Lennon and Parker are watching, must be impressed with Oli

Youngsters seem to do much better without any first teamers playing.

4-0 Hibs. Good knock on by Innes Murray. Great chest control and rich by Oli Shaw. That’s his hat-trick

We could do with getting Shaw out on loan if he isn't going to be getting any first team action. He's clearly far too good for this level.

I went along to this with my mate's laddie and had a thoroughly enjoyable day - obviously winning 5-o helps but I was impressed by the standards/levels shown by our young players !. For years now I've moaned that the majority of young Scottish players these days don't have the ability to do even the simple basics right but there was none of that today - long, cross-field balls trapped first time and with ease !. Overall I was really impressed by our all-round team performance with the ones that really stood out for me being Oli Shaw,Scott Martin and Jamie Gullan !

I'll definitely be going back and I'd thoroughly recommend going along to everyone - it's a great day out !

Billy, after seeing Ollie earlier in pre season the lad still looked pretty lightweight but obviously talented, do you thinks he's in that middle ground where he's too good for the development team but not good enough for the 1st team, maybe a good loan will do him the world of good as I can't see him pushing himself into the squad at the moment.

Agree with all this. Lennon likes him, but thinks he’s not ready either
Maybe something will happen for him, in January or before

How on earth did the ref not give a penalty at 4m 30?
