Just seen that. He usually came up with a goal in our derby games.

Was planning to watch this completely forgetting that Cummings might be involved. Should be a good game, much better than the dross of Liverpool v Utd.

Johnny Russell is a player who can find himself unlucky not to have been given a chance in the Scotland squad over the past few years.

Cummings has made the wrong move going down there. Forest never move the ball forward very quickly, it’s hard for a striker to run in behind a defence that’s almost always well set by the time Forest get to a dangerous area. I can see why he’s only scored in the cup games.

    United we stand here....

Cummings did well there, a good cross that probably should have been scored from.

See he's playing wide right role, won't be use to the defensive side of that

Although they are a goal down, Forest are the better side here, and the £6m man has just missed a sitter for them.

Only tuned in just before half time, seems Cummings is playing right wing. Always thought he could do a job wide cutting in be interesting to see how he does

Chris Commons looks as though he's lost a bit of weight, i wonder if he's getting fit?

Even a half fit Commons would be good just now. Really missed his sort of creativity yesterday (in part because whenever McGinn tried he was chopped down ).

Cummings misses a sitter, and Derby go straight up and make it 2-0.

I’ve a feeling he’ll be back up Scotland in the summer. The Rangers or Hearts wouldn’t shock me. Hopefully gets a run and can do well, hate to see our players fail down south.

I’ve got the exact same feeling, can just see him at either of those teams

Poor game by him as he grew frustrated being stuck out wide.

Did anyone else hear the boo’s when he came off?

Was he getting booed by his own support or was it just Derby fans booing.

Were the boos aimed at Warburton?

  27. #26
No idea who the boo’s were aimed at.

But it was certainly as he was getting subbed

They should be booing Warburton for the way he turned himself out today. What a state.

Booing certainly appeared to be for Cummings, although I assumed it was the Derby fans.

I think we all agree he was and still is pretty raw in general terms in his game play and another season with us would've done him the world of good but he had his clause in the contract knowing he was gone at the seasons end and the money was talking to him, probably being found out a wee bit down there but good luck to him whatever happens.

How would the Jumbos view that one then?

    Thought they hated him?

Would he really come back to Edinburgh and join THEM? Why not come back home to Hibs where he is loved?
