Back on the original topic, I think my answer would be....maybe
it depends on what they had got wrong (more inclined to forgiving someone getting it wrong on something relatively minor versus something huge), and also how they’ve handled the admission. Someone who is rather dismissive and arrogant of the mistake, or someone who expresses genuine regret and demonstrates a plan to redress what’s went wrong.
Yeah i was just using that as an example. I think ours (societies) expectations of what the NHS shpuld do, amd what we are prepared to do in return are way off-kilter.
