Got a letter today from this horrible company telling me my discount ends in December and I need to renew my BT Broadband contract to keep the discount.
Hate being manipulated this way. Especially by an organisation that constantly takes the p***.
Maybe I'm stuck with it. Does anyone have any suggestions/experience on how to deal with them? (Other than tell them to ram it, obviously.)
Don't mean to take their side or sound ar*ey - but what is it they have done wrong to take the p*ss or earn the "horrible" tag?
Maybe I just haven't gathered it right from your post... but did you not take out a contract where it stated it would be a discounted price until December.. and now they are reminding you that this discount is nearing it's end in case you want to do something about it?
If you don't want it... tell them to ram it as you said above. I don't get the issue
