Hi folks.
A couple of weeks ago myself and Sam had the pleasure of sitting down with Garry for an hour where he covered a lot in a short spell.
Garry was very open and honest about all aspects of his career and what his ambitions are for the future.
The interview will be live on Radio saltire at 10pm tonight which you can listen to via the Radio saltire app which is available on both iPhone and android.
I will update when the podcast will be released.
Cheers.

Now available and just finished listening to it, another great interview lads.
Very honest, frank and reflective interview. Good to hear the old days to present day.
It's clear he's had issues and maybe still has some but wish the big guy all the best in the future.
Got to say though, if I got offered a 7 year contract on double my money I'd go anywhere never mind Russia! Mrs Iceman would be getting told!

I have only ever wished Gary O. well.
His last-minute run and goal in that that wonderful win against The Jambos always sticks in my mind.
We all make and have made mistakes.

Found it fascinating as well that he is setting up that second chance friendly matches for released youngsters from all over the world. They should make a documentary of that as it would be great to see. Last chance u soccer style. Plus if it unearths wee gems it would be good to go back and watch their rise in the documentary.
