    Crolla v Burns

Proper fight that. Not sure about the scores though, 117-112?! Not the fight I saw. Crolla just about edged it for me.

It was close but Crolla clearly won it. Great fight from both of them.

I had Crolla by a couple of rounds.

Would happily watch them do it all again although I expect only Burns would be interested in that in the short term.

Yip the 116-114 scorecards seemed bang on. 117-112 was a bit out.
Froch gave the 12th to Crolla which I couldn't fathom.

Eubank Jnr made very light work of Yildirim. Groves will be a different fight for him altogether tho.

I'm not into the technicalities of points scoring in a boxing contest but Crolla was a clear winner in my eyes. He was more aggressive throughout and was a worthy winner. To be honest I've been disappointed in Burns's performances in his recent fights, his best days are now behind him imo.

Crolla was the winner, but not by a huge margin. Thought Ricky spent rounds 2-5 not putting in maximum effort, then suddenly came to life and was the better of the 2 for the latter half of the fight. Crolla edged it for me though.

Froch spent most of the fight telling us how great Crolla was doing, there were a couple rounds where I don’t think he mentioned Burns’ name as he was so busy gushing over Crolla.

Did he mention that he once fought at Wembley in front of 80 000 people?

    He probably did

was waiting for him to go back to speaking in the third person - Carl froch thinks that crolla is winning, but crolla couldn’t live with the pace and power of Carl froch!
