He is only worth what someone will pay for him so i would imagine £2 - £2.5 million despite inflated fees for players down south.

Not even just Hibs but anyone in Scotland now, even Celtic. Look at the reported fee for Van Dijk and even if it's 10% of £60m it's probably more than what they'll sell anyone for this summer. Steven Fletcher must have netted us a fair wee bit as well when he moved from Burnley.
