Yup good luck to him.
Cup winning captain (and scored the opening goal in the final).

Hope he doesn't want to get into coaching.
I heard there's presently a vacancy in Edinburgh.
Can he work a lap top?

He's already been player coach and joint manager.

Just realised our last two cup winning captains were baldies who scored in the final
Who was our captain in '91?

A proper captain and leader on the pitch. All the best Rob.

Meant to add to my post.
There was just something immensely likeable about RJ.
My favourite memory is him leading the team doing the belly slides in front of the fans after the final whistle in 07. The look of sheer joy on his face is great. There's only one thing better than a Hibs calendar and that's two Hibs calendars

Bumped into Rob at a car dealer on Teesside a couple of months ago, lives in Yarm I believe. Had a chat with him, season had just ended with Hartlepool, said he had being doing some coaching & that his body was "knackered now". Spoke a bit about his time as as Hibee, wished him all the best with his future & shook his hand........wasn't going to wash it but my wife made me! Lovely guy, happy retirement

One of my favourite players in over 50 years of following the mighty Hibs.
Good luck in whatever you do, Rob.
2007 will always be remembered, not least you bulleting our first goal in the back of the Killie net in the rain and snow.
