Just bought a ticket online for Sunday. Chose print at home option but all i am getting when i click on attachment is two solid green blocks. Tried it on phone with same result. Any ideas out there? Cheers.

I have the same problem.
My new ST card still hasn't arrived so rather than risk adding to card and it not arriving I chose print at home have the same issue.
Used the PC at work and my phone (Android) and no luck.

Well I talked to a girl at the ticket office and I am just going to pop in and collect my ticket. It's 0844 844 1875 if you are having problems.

Bloody annoying when this facility just won't work.
You waste ages trying to gain efficiency with the home print out option

still not working
then you have to trudge across town to buy a ticket anyway......

I printed mine out but can't see a barcode anywhere. Just blacked out areas.
