Travel home from Dunfermline to Edinburgh every day. All week its been tailed back for miles at rush hour.

For me , the biggest problem is the slip road that joins on just before the start of the bridge heading south. This just slows all the traffic down and is just a bad design.

absolutely no reason why they couldnt have all the rosyth traffic going across the old bridge and do away with the slip road.
Ahh but remember the bridge was INTENTIONALLY designed not to increase capacity so rush hour tail backs were designed INTO the bridge.

Itís clearly a better bridge to use in non peak times but Iím with you on why they canít use the old one for car traffic at peak times...that seems to be a non sensical decision.

Also help if the residents of South Queensferry and Kirkliston, didníthave to go all the way to the new bridge, to get into their houses
