Still no valid occupation certificate for either the new stand or the accommodation under the Wheatfield.

New building warrant submitted for phase 3a, £ 420,000 estimated cost. Could be fit out of nursery.

Lots of Morris and Spottieswood vans parked on McLeod Street during the day. They're fit out contractors and I guess they've been brought in to finish the works. ( They ain't cheap )

Btw, I spoke to someone from Henshaws today and he was telling me all the glass doors are leaking. He was non committal on who was at fault though but it is causing a bit of internal damage.

Tremendous design. I’m sure there’ll be loads of organisations getting collectively moist in anticipation of holding H&S seminars in a room where you have severe issues seeing colleagues and screens.
Ingenious of the anti-architect Clydesdale to have the Restricted View theme running through the entire development.
Structural design looks like a pigs breakfast as well.
