Nothing in the local media or indeed the Forest forums at this time.
Forest (and Derby) were linked with Cummings in January last year.
Forest, although having a new owner, are under financial constrictions to ensure they don't fall back into an embargo situation. Stand to be corrected on that. They can arguably be outbid for players by clubs, say, being relegated with attendant parachute payments and are not competitive for more expensive players than Cummings.
