    Not mine, I'm afraid.

    He was good in Shout at the Devil.

    My favourite Simon Templar :) Made a decent fist of being Bond. May he rest in peace.

    I liked him as Ivanhoe.
    I'm sure only a few on here will be old enough to remember those tv episodes.

    I think I could probably still sing the title music. If I could sing. Bizarrely, I was in Paris in the mid 1980s, and when I switched on the tv in my hotel room, Ivanhoe was on, dubbed into French. I often wonder why that has stuck in my mind. 😉

    With Robert Brown as Gurth who was Ivanhoe's trusty sidekick and Bruce ('Fabian of Scotland Yard') Seton as King Richard.
    Here's a link to the Wiki page (has the lyrics of the title song) ...

    Great Bond. He sort of took the mick out of it. It's far too serious now.

    Fantastic anecdote.

    I wouldn't say Moore was my favourite Bond but he was the one I grew up with. "The Man With The Golden Gun" was a favourite in particular, especially because it had Ricardo Montalban and Herve Villechaize from 'Fantasy Island', ("...The plane, the plane!!}

    Two of the best Bond girls in Britt Ekland and Maud Adams too.

    Loads of fun as a film and he didn't take himself too seriously.

    Great supporting cast too, a young Yaphet Kotto and Jane Seymour.
