    Transfers

The verbal diarrhoea coming out of some of the sites on the internet on who Hibs are looking to sign has gone a bit OTT. They are more a hindrance to Hibs than a help. Players they say have signed or are signing are as far off the mark as Hearts paying cash for the new bus shelter. Please let's just wait to see what the club do and not get people's hopes up with some of the rubbish they put on here.

Rumours and gossip posted on messageboards and suchlike will have no impact whatsoever in Hibs' ability to move in the transfer market this summer.

Unless you're a fool, nobody gives any credence to media speculation on potential signings. It would be a long, quiet and boring summer if newspapers and footie websites sat back and allowed things to evolve without comment.
