If Suarez wanted to go to Arsenal he would have gone. Liverpool could 'reject' as much as they wanted but it would have made no difference if Suarez wanted to go there

He's 35 and out of contract.

He's just played 20 games on loan at Cardiff and done pretty well there. I'd be surprised if he didn't get a least another Championship Club or if Sevco didn't come in.

Not really true though. They could have kept Torres player registration for the duration of his contact, but it would be a bad move for both parties.

As for Suarez, regardless of what he says it's still a legal document and had they blocked the move against Suarez will they would have been sued by the player.
