Not sure that page mentions the many more killed by the west in Iraq in what many would view as terrorist attacks. I'm contracting myself here but there probably is just as much terrorism in the world as there ever was but the vast majority of it seems to be conducted by elected Governments mostly in the west. If a wiki link is good enough as proof.
