Every time I see this thread at the top of the page I dread reading that he's been sacked.

I really hope this runs and runs for most of next season.

He may very well be right, very hard to tell. As with all of us it all depends on their transfer dealings in the close season.
I get the feeling that even if he signed Ronaldo they wont be better next season with him in charge. I can picture him giving orders to Christiano, and told to bolt

I think he's being the victim of some scullery-duggery here.

I remember when Neilson was there they were singing Kitchens praises from the rooftops - that's the Cathro effect for you. Long may it continue

"There's no real story. It was incorrect to the point of making it a story. I'd need to make up another lie to pretend it was a story again".

I don't know if this has already been posted, but this is Cathro's quote from earlier today when denying there was a bust-up between him and Johnsen.

Years from now it will come out that Cathro was a Hibs fan who duped potter into thinking he was an up and coming football visionary so that he could embarrass them and slowly dismantle any credibility they had left after the shame of administration. I've no other explanation for it 😂😂

When Cathro is in changing room telling the players how to go about things over the next 90mins anyone think this is going on during his instructions:

Sometimes, for fun, I play word games with my kids, we have this game where we try to say sentences that have never been said in the history of humankind, e.g. The Unfortunate yellow skirting board spent many lifetimes looking for the forgotton albatross in a contaminated fridge illuminated by neon hedgehog excrement...
its not easy, you are trying to string words together in a unique pattern never uttered before by even one single person in a sea of billions. So no run of the mill sentence will suffice if the judging panel is to accept your offering as a one off never before uttered and never again to be repeated, which brings me to Father Dougal (i love that nickname, so apt), The jumbled tsunami of broken letters stuck together with a pritt stick that poured from his mouth when denying the tunnel bust up story had to be the first time that those words were strung together in that order, the guy has a totally unique way of talking and im certain many of his words will seep into football circles if he is allowed to remain at the helm of the big club.

"There's no real story. It was incorrect to the point of making it a story. I'd need to make up another lie to pretend it was a story again"

I just ran that past my boy, he gave it the thumbs up. He is as good a judge as any... Those words have never been used in that order. Ever!

He is the way forward for us all, we need him to reign for a very long time, Long Live Cathro.

I do hope Cathro spends today understanding the schematics of Celtic Park, ahead of his game tomorrow, which is the situation

He reminds me of Eric Cantona and the trawler speech. The thing is that English isn't Eric's first language but it supposedly is Cathros. He is a slavering knobheed. He's like the guy in the boozer or at work who uses big words to try to prove how intellectual he is but uses the wrong words in the wrong aces and ends up just looking a bit sad and pathetic. Loving his work so far!!!

At the conclusion of the twenty four hour cycle the main variable separating two numerically equivalent protagonists will be the number of goals credited to the participants that aren't Hearts.

Some good responses from the PBS faithful to that one. Not a happy bunch. Pleasing.
