Great idea. It's patently obvious that 'fourth quarter kids' should be just the same as any other kid when it comes to physical development. Yet for some sports it means basically saying that you'll rule out more than a quarter of the potential players just because their birth date doesn't fit in with the way the sport it organised.
Good to see the club looking at this. I'd also be inclined to look at broader physical issues as well - particularly when you take the example of the world's current best player (arguably) Lionel Messi who was a tiny kid and isn't exactly a giant adult.
